Creato nel 2003 da Sasha Dees and Philip Powel, il Black Soil International Hip Hop Film fest è il primo festival cinematografico Hip Hop europeo. L'edizione di quest'anno si svolgerà presso il teatro WATT di Rotterdam dal 4-7 dicembre. Qui di seguito il programma.
